Are you unhappy with your product?

If you need help using the product, we hope that you already have a copy of the instructions. If not, they are available for Pedometers or stopwatchs and clocks, listed by model number. If you’ve read the instructions but still need help, please get in touch with our Support Center – see the info on our Contact Us page.

If the product is not functioning correctly, you may want to send it in for service under warranty – learn more here.

If you purchased the product directly from us, please call for a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) code before shipping product back to us.

If you purchased the product through a retailer, and decide to return it, we ask that you return it directly to that retailer.
